2017 Poole Open Meeting [24th & 25th June] and Training Day [Friday 23rd June] is not far away. Visit Osprey Class web site http://ospreysailing.org/cms/ for Notice of Race and further information.

Weather down here at the moment is glorious who else is coming for the weekend ? Should be a memorable weekend with the contenders band on Saturday night will be entertaining .

Thank you Tim for a master class in heavy weather sailing all that took part learn't a lot .Tim took everyone out in the morning session in challenging conditions along with Mike Millard he videoed there set ups as Mike took photos then over lunch had a lecture talk showing the faults and adjustments they should make. the afternoon was even windier but was enjoyed by all with everyone putting what the had learnt in the classroom into practice. Comments afterwards included I didnt realise that sailing in strong winds could be so easy even though I have been sailing Ospreys for over 20 years.
So take advantage of the next training day you are never too old to learn new things.
